I get 'IP burst block' or 'Username burst block' messages when trying to log into
members area. What happened?
These messages appears when your account is temporary blocked. There
might be few reasons for this, however the most common is that you
have entered wrong username or password few times in a row. Once blocked
the account will automatically unblock after 30 minutes. However if
you still keep getting burst messages please contact our support for
assistance. Please note that username/password are both case sensitive.
I purchased my membership. How long my password will be active?
If you purchased 30 days membership your password will be active for
30 days since the membership purchase day. If the membership is not
cancelled within 30 days on the 30th day it will rebill for the next
30 day cycle, etc. until cancelled. The same goes with 90 days
membership, but it has longer 90 days cycle and rebills every 90 days
until cancelled.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership here. If you are having troubles
canceling your membership on CCBILL support page please submit
membership cancellation request using our contact form with subject
'Problems with MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION' and your membership will be
cancelled manually.
What format and resolution are member area movies?
Movies posted before January 2008 are MPEG-1 (352x240, 1300 kbps) and WMV
(320x240, 500 kbps). All new updates starting January 2008 are WMV
(640x480, 2000 kbps) and MPEG-1 (352x240, 1300 kbps). High resolution
WMV versions for older updates will be added also.
What do I need to know about downloading and playing movies?
1. Note that all movies are DOWNLOADABLE, and not streaming. To
download movies use 'Save Target As...' with right click of your mouse
(Internet Explorer) and save movie files to preferred destination on
your hard disk.
2. To play WMV files you need Windows Media Player. You can download
the latest version from Microsoft Website.
I was told I get free access to Squirters.TV as bonus when
purchasing Melons.TV membership. Is there are any additional charges
for this?
No, you get access to Squirters.TV for free. There are no any hidden
charges or fees. As long as you keep your Melons.TV membership active
you can access Squirters.TV members area also. When your Melons.TV
membership is cancelled your free Squirters.TV membership will expire
with it too.
